Contentment: how to be happy in life?
Living in the present moment by re-learning how to contemplate, to listen and to love is a good recipe for achieving contentment!
Happiness is to live consciously
Contentment, also called Plenitude, is notably living fully, being happy in life without trying to have, just Being. It is the peaceful state of happiness experienced by a person filled with love, starting with the love of oneself.
Once this state of Being is reached, there is no need to search for anything: there is nothing missing and it feels good!
How to explain Contentment to children
Through Joy
As far as Contentment is concerned, children are our masters. More than adults, they have access to this state of joy from an early age. Stress, frustrations, obligations and childhood wounds take us away from this joyful state.
A Quality Presence
A Contentment is living fully, being happy in life without trying to have, just to be. This makes us realize that children are ahead of adults. They naturally know how to experience the present moment fully.
Through Love
Children have the full capacity to find this state at will. But we as parents must know how to preserve it! By nurturing love and self-esteem, by respecting and listening to them and, above all, by showing them the way.

Use our games to help children to live with Contentment
A great gift for our children would be if, from an early age, they were able to develop a vocabulary related to Contentment and its counterpart, Greed. The Contentment card text is a good guide for thinking about this topic and incorporating it through play.
Simply by playing with his parents, the child will feel their full attention and this will fill him with love. He will naturally experience joy and happiness, spending quality time and being fully present with those he loves.
Playing VirtHU, Karma Buster or KaHUna is to better understand the sources of our sensitivities, to get to know ourselves better and to develop our faith in life. And much more, one game at a time.
Testimony about Contentment
Q : Gaston, how can I live happiness in my daily life?
A : I discovered this exercise that I practiced every day for several years, and it had the power to transform my whole life…
First of all, in order to live happiness, you have to relearn how to love yourself. So I’m sharing the 3-6-9 technique to help you discover how to do this. Think of 3 things you would really like to do for yourself, every day, write them down and put them into action. Once you get into the habit of doing 3 things for yourself, move on to 6 a day and finally to 9. When you have done 9 experiences a day demonstrating your own love, you will discover how to love yourself for life. If you become aware that your daily tasks can be done with love, it will be easy for you to get to 9 experiences and even more!
Also, if you love yourself, it is easier to attract someone who loves you. Having someone to love contributes greatly to experiencing happiness when that love is shared with awareness. Go out and learn how you can share this love with the world and experience fulfillment in your daily life.
